Return Policy
Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used products. In the event that we have accidentally shipped you an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. Item must be returned unused and in original packaging.

It is always advisable to test a new product for sensitivity and to check that a product is suitable for a particular skin type, especially for those with sensitive and reactive skin types. A basic skin test can be done at home by testing the product on a small area of the skin. Unless you react immediately, test the product for a couple of days and check for itching, stinging, redness or a feeling of heat.
Any on-going skin problems should be checked out with your doctor who may advise seeing a dermatologist and referral for patch testing as a way of identifying which substance that comes in contact with the skin is causing inflammation of the skin (contact dermatitis).
As with all skin-care products… Please avoid prolonged use if an irritation, redness or itching occurs. Anyone that has an increased sensitivity to allergies and skin irritations, should consult a physician prior to using any new skin products. For anyone that has specific allergies to skin products, please check all ingredients prior to use.
